1. Age Requirement

You must be 18 or older to use BroFlo. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, do not use the app.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BroFlo you agree to these Terms of use. If you do not agree to these Terms of use, do not use the app.

3. Use of the App

BroFlo is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

4. No Medical or Professional Advice

BroFlo is an informational app. It gives no medical, relationship, or dating advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Consult a qualified professional for any medical or personal concern.

5. Your Content

The dates, notes, and settings you enter remain yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your device secure. There is no backup, so deleting the app or losing the phone loses that information permanently.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Premium features are sold as a subscription through the app store on your device. The store handles payment, renewal, and cancellation. Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings. To confirm that your subscription is active, the app sends the store record of your purchase to our subscription service, which checks it with Apple or Google and keeps a record of the answer. Section 3 of the Privacy policy describes that record. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your data, and deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

7. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or end any part of BroFlo at any time. We may also update these Terms of use from time to time, and continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated Terms of use.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

BroFlo is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that results from your use of the app.

9. Apple Standard EULA

If you downloaded BroFlo from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app. Where that agreement and these Terms of use disagree, that agreement governs. Open it with the link below.
